Delivery & Returns
Our shipping rates are INCLUDED in the cost of your order.
International shipping costs will be based on the size and weight of the product and where it is being shipped to.
Items will be delivered within and estimated 36-72 hours from the time of order placement and confirmed receipt of payment. This could vary depending on where we are shipping to if it is an international address.
If you refuse a delivery of a package , you’ll be charged for the return shipping.
We currently do NOT ship to PO Box addresses.
We only accept returns within 30 days from the time of purchase .
Returns must be NEW,UNUSED and in their original packaging with ALL labels and hangtags still attached. You must provide proof of purchase or an order confirmation number before the return will be authorised.
Refunds or replacements on apply to products bought directly through our webshop.Please note: Opening a bag to verify contents, size, or colour does not disallow a return. Products showing signs of use or missing packaging or labels etc. are not considered new, and are thus non-returnable.
Please use care when opening your product(s) so that you remain entitled to a refund should you chose to return your product(s).
All return shipping charges and materials are your responsibility.
The original handling fee and/or shipping charges or express shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you refuse the delivery of a package, you'll be charged for return shipping.

You are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the item is not what you ordered, defective (within 30 days of the time of purchase), or damaged due to shipping (within 30 days of the time of purchase). If you are returning a product, send an email to email@example.com .
Our business hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-1pm .We will help with the specifics and answer any questions about your return. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (original credit card typical processing time for returns is 72 hours post item receipt. If a credit is due, processing may take as long as 7 business days for your credit/debit card to reflect the refund).
If an item is missing from the order you receive, you must contact Bizzi Growin customer service within 15 days of the time of purchase to inform us of the missing item(s). If you contact Bizzi Growin after 90 days, you must re-purchase the missing item. Bizzi Growin packages are checked for weight irregularities, and certain items will only be replaced as missing at our sole discretion.
